Veronica Giudice

Veronica Giudice is a Specialist Complex Obesity Dietitian, who also has a special interest in sports nutrition.

Veronica has always been interested in nutrition and decided to expand her knowledge on the subject by doing a BSc in Nutrition at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, one of the UKs leading providers of health science degrees. Following this, Veronica decided that she wanted to be able to use her knowledge of nutrition to treat people with medical conditions, and so went on to do a MSc in Dietetics, also at Queen Margaret University. 

Veronica has dedicated the last 11 years of her life to helping people to achieve better health, confidence, and quality of life through nutrition. Early on in her career, she helped people with all kinds of health conditions, mostly people who needed to gain weight! Around 4 years ago, she started working with people living with obesity, and has never looked back. She says that there is nothing more rewarding that seeing someone who has struggled with their weight all their life, completely change their relationship with food and finally lose weight and keep the weight off.

On a personal level, Veronica has been involved in competitive weightlifting and functional fitness training and competitions for many years, coming second in her division in a bodybuilding competition and qualifying for the British Finals. Having taken a break from competitive bodybuilding, she is now focussing on CrossFit and has been competing in functional fitness competitions such as Hyrox and Turf Games. She recently obtained a Personal Training certificate and a completed Sports Nutrition Postgraduate Diploma with the International Olympic Committee, so that she could help other recreational and professional athletes to perform at their best.
